  11.               ALAB LICENSE AGREEMENT AND COPYRIGHT NOTICE

  14.         Assembler Laboratory (hereafter ALAB) is protected by Norway's
  15.         and international copyright laws. Making any copies of it is
  16.         considered a copyright violation with one exception. You may
  17.         take copies for archival purposes to protect your investment
  18.         from loss. You may not sell or give away this product.
  19.  
  20.         This license guarantees you the right to use ALAB both for
  21.         non-commercial and commercial development of programs.
  22.  
  23.         With respect to the physical diskette and physical documentation,
  24.         author (Kurt Inge Groenbech) warrants the same to be free of
  25.         defects in materials for a period of 30 days from the date of
  26.         purchase. If the material is found defective during that period,
  27.         author will replace the material for a nominal fee (postal
  28.         charges).

  30.         ALAB is provided as is and author disclaims all other warranties
  31.         including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness for a
  32.         particular purpose.

  34.         In no event shall the author be liable for any loss of profit or
  35.         any other commercial damage, including but not limited to
  36.         special, incidental, consequential or other damages.
